1. Transient Rentals
The Tudor Arms Condominium Board does not allow transient rentals. Transient rentals are defined by any agreement to occupy a unit or units for less than 90 days. This includes any short term rentals, Airbnb, VRBO, or similar agreements for less than 90 days.
2. A buyer or immediate family member of a buyer or owner must occupy their residence for a minimum of one year prior to renting their unit.
